When the clogging of the element progresses, the micro switch button inside the switch box is activated, and the switch is turned ON.
In addition, the indication switch of each FH□ series (excluding the FHG) has an indicator window, which turns red when the element is clogged.
When operation of the circuit is stopped, both the switch and red in the indicator window are automatically reset.
When temperatures are low, such as in winter, the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid used may increase, and the differential pressure indication switch may mistakenly be activated. In such cases, wait until the fluid temperature rises after it is warmed up, and reset the differential pressure indication switch before starting the main operation (20°C or higher is recommended).
When using a differential pressure indication switch, design so that the output signal is not accepted until the fluid temperature exceeds the set value in combination with the temperature sensor.
Note that the replacement differential pressure indication switch part numbers differ for each FH□ series.
The FH□ series catalog can be found here. And the FH□ series operation manual can be found here.
