Refer to the section below for piping the HEP500-04 liquid collector.
Create a branch in the piping that supplies the cutting oil to the processing equipment, and then pipe it to the IN side of the liquid collector. Connect the liquid collector and strainer with an O.D. ø6 nylon tube. The tube should be provided by the customer. The tubing (O.D.: ø12, Length: 20 cm) that comes with the HEP500-04 should be connected to the OUT side of the fluid collector. Be sure to connect the included ø12 tube to the fitting, making sure that the tube tip does not enter the tank liquid.
※Use only 1 strainer per collector.
※There is also the PA series process pump for cutting oil collection. (A strainer is required separately.)
