What is the difference between AL430 series micro mist lubricators and AL40 series lubricators?
-
The AL430 is a selector lubricator.
A selector lubricator is a product that selects particles of 2 μm or less from the oil mist generated in the product and supplies them to the outlet side. As fine oil particles of 2 μm or less do not easily adhere to the inner walls of piping, they are ideal for supplying oil mist to downstream equipment or when you want to branch the piping on the outlet side. The main target objects of such lubrication are bearings, chains, cutting machines, presses, etc.
The AL40 is a full-weight lubricator.
This product supplies all the generated oil mist to the outlet side. It passes through the inner walls of the piping and lubricates the target objects. The main target objects of such lubrication are solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinders, etc.
As the AL430 and AL40 differ as described above, select a model based on the operating environment and desired application.
