What kind of product is the BP1000 series back pressure regulator for process gases?

It acts as a relief valve.
When the pressure exceeds the set inlet pressure, it relieves the excess pressure to the OUT side. It, therefore, is a back pressure regulator with a function that maintains the inlet pressure within the set range. As AP, SL, AZ, and AK series regulators for process gases are direct acting non-relief type regulators, relief cannot be performed even if the outlet pressure rises above the set pressure. By installing a BP1000 series regulator, the pressure can be kept stable by relieving pressure above the set pressure.
