Can intermediate stops of a rotary actuator be performed by a closed center valve?

It is difficult to stop the inertial force generated by the turning of a heavy object by balancing the pressure with the rotary actuator’s minimal air volume.
Consider using an external stopper to perform intermediate stops. However, the stopper will pop out when operating from the intermediate position, so be sure to take measure to prevent this.
