When pressure is applied from port B of a CRB1BW50-180S rotary actuator, air leaks slightly from port A. What are the potential causes of this?

For the vane type, a small amount of air leakage is unavoidable even when the product is new due to the seal construction.
However, the amount of leakage will increase as the seal wears out.
