Can SMC silencers be used in vacuum applications?

AN series silencers are designed to reduce the exhaust noise of compressed air. Since there is a possibility of the silencer assembly falling, and the desired function is not clear, check with the customer before determining whether or not to use the silencer under negative pressure.
