What is the difference between the drain piping type and the drain cock type of the AMC series?

Drain piping type (option “D”):
This type does not have a valve function as the discharge port is always open.
The drain discharge port is Rc1/4. Drain piping should by arranged by the customer. · Drain cock type (option “Nil,” equipped as standard):
This type has a manual valve function.
To discharge the oil accumulated in the oil bowl, open the drain cock and discharge it.
The oil drains through the hole (ø6) of the drain cock, but piping cannot be connected to it.
