What are the possible causes of all the IZN10E series ionizer LEDs (PWR, NDL, and ION/HV) blinking at the same time, and what can be done to remedy this?

If the PWR and NDL LEDs on the main unit are blinking green and the ION/HV LED is blinking red, there is a possibility of malfunction. This may be caused by noise in the CPU.
Possible countermeasures include ① moving the ionizer away from the noise source, ② separating wiring if the power line and ionizer are wired together, and ③ install a noise filter in the ionizer power supply.
In order to clear the alarm, remedy the cause of the error, and supply power again.
