When attaching a metal pipe nozzle manufactured in-house to an IZN10/10E series ionizer with female threads for piping type (Rc1/8), what is a good material for the self-align fittings that connect the metal pipes?

For the self-align fittings, just keep in mind that it is not possible to use brass because it corrodes.
Special order SMC self-align fittings (Model: “-X2” with electroless nickel plating) or commercially available self-align fittings made of stainless steel should be used. In addition, use an ozone-compatible product.
We recommend stainless steel for metal tubes and fluoropolymer for resin tubes.
However, as deterioration is unavoidable, be sure to replace them regularly.
