What are some other possible causes of the NDL LED of an IZN10/10E-11□□□-□ ionizer (female threads for piping type) turning ON (maintenance warning: orange for the IZN10 or green for the IZN10E)?
The emitter is brand new and not worn out, and the problem was not resolved after cleaning the emitter and turning the power ON again.
What else can I try?

When the female threads for piping type is selected , the pressure inside the nozzle of the main body increases due to the shape of the piping nozzle. When the pressure rises, the ion generation rate decreases.
Because of this, sometimes the maintenance warning turns ON and the NDL LED lights up.
When attaching one of SMC’s various special order nozzles or piping prepared by the customer to the female thread (Rc1/8), ensure that the pressure inside the nozzle does not exceed 0.1 MPa.
