The default setting for the IZE110-X238 is “timer time.” The timer time is the time from the start to the end of intermittent control when a trigger signal is input.
You can set a value between 1 and 999 seconds (there is also a separate continuous mode).
There are 2 trigger input methods: continuous input and one-shot input.
When you want to set the operation time by the trigger signal length, you can use continuous input.
One-shot input is the default setting for when you want to set the signal for only a moment and the operation time by the timer time.
① Trigger continuous input turns the trigger signal ON and starts the timer (intermittent control start).
This allows for the trigger signal to remain ON until the timer time ends. (intermittent control time = trigger ON time ≧ timer time) Or, the trigger signal can be turned OFF before the timer time, terminating the intermittent control. (intermittent control time = trigger ON time ≦ timer time)
② Trigger one-shot input starts the timer at the same time as the trigger input signal is turned ON (1 signal of 10 ms or more).
Intermittent control is performed until the timer time ends (intermittent control time = timer time). Or, intermittent control is started by 1 trigger input signal, and intermittent control is terminated in the middle of the timer time when another trigger input signal is sent before the timer time ends.
Note) For the time chart of the trigger input and the valve operation, refer to the “Operation” section in the IZE110-X238 operation manual, which can be found here.
