For tap water, only tap water that meets water quality standards can be used as a circulating fluid.
When using pure water (deionized water), select option “M” (deionized water piping).
This specification does not use copper-based materials for the wetted parts of the circulating fluid circuit.
Note 1) For details on water quality standards, refer to the HRS series “Specific Product Precautions.”
Note 2) The electric resistivity upper limits are as follows: up to 4.5 MΩ·cm for the HRS□-M and up to 1 MΩ·cm for the HRS/HRSH (standard).
Note 3) A DI filter set for retaining the level of electric resistance is available separately.
