Does SMC have any compact, high-precision temperature control devices with a cooling capacity of about 200 to 1000 W?: HEC/HECR series temperature control devices are compact with a temperature stability of ±0.01 to 0.03°C.
Due to their Peltier type element, they are capable of both cooling and heating.
Note that HECR series thermo-cons can only be rack mounted.
