How does the water-regulating valve of an HRS□-W water-cooled thermo-chiller work?
-
Before explaining the water-regulating valve, note that some chillers of other manufacturers use a gate valve to adjust the facility water.
As these are rather troublesome to operate, we have made things easier.
Our water-cooled thermo-chillers feature a built-in regulator that automatically adjusts the facility water.
All the customer needs to do is leave the source plug fully open and turn ON (start) the thermo-chiller. Unless an alarm is generated, the device can be safely left to operate.
Note) The water-regulating valve of HRS□-W water-cooled thermo-chillers opens and closes depending on the state of the circulating fluid. It opens and closes according to changes in the refrigerant pressure.
Facility water will not flow at the start of operation or when the heat load is low.
