For an HRS series thermo-chiller, what does it mean when alarm code “AL01” is generated and the thermo-chiller stops operating, and what can be done to remedy this?

This means that the liquid level in the tank is low.
Check that there is no leakage in the piping, including the customer’s device. If there is no leakage, supply circulating fluid according to section “3.5 Fill of circulating fluid” in the HRS series operation manual.
Depending on the problem, however, consider requesting maintenance from a maintenance company.
