For an HRS series thermo-chiller, what does it mean when alarm code “AL29” is generated, and what can be done to remedy this?

This means the fan motor requires inspection and replacement.
For the HRS012 to 060 and the HRSE series, alarm code “AL29” (fan motor maintenance) will be activated every 20,000 hours of operation (Note 1). Consider requesting maintenance from a maintenance company. We can recommend service providers if needed.

Note that there is no alarm code “AL29” (fan motor maintenance) for water-cooled thermo-chillers.
Note 1) Every 30,000 hours for the HRS090 to 200 and the HRSH series
