Basically, all SMC tubing can be used at pressures of up to -100 kPa.
As tubing and fittings generally come as a set, be sure to check the operating pressure range of the fitting as well before use.

KF series: -101.3 kPa to 1 MPa
KQ2, KQG2, KQB2, KP, KS, and KX series: -100 kPa to 1 MPa
Z□ series vacuum ejector: -80 kPa to -91 kPa
