Can any type of SMC tubing be manufactured as flat tubing?: The types of tubing in the catalog that can be manufactured flat are TU/TIUB series polyurethane tubing, TUS series soft polyurethane tubing, and TUZ/TIUZB series wear-resistant tubing. However, T/TIA and TS/TISA series nylon tubing; TRS, TRB, TRBU, TRTU, and TAS series flame-resistant tubing; and TL/TIL, TLM/TLM, TH/TIH, and TD/TID series fluoropolymer tubing cannot be manufactured flat.
