What is the wiring method for ZK2 series vacuum unit pressure sensors and vacuum pressure switches?

Refer to the following internal circuits and wiring examples as well as the operation manual for details.
The model in the operation manual has a PSE54□ pressure sensor, a ZSE10(F) vacuum pressure switch, and a ZK2-ZSV□ vacuum pressure switch with energy-saving function.
