For ZR series supply and release valves such as the ZR115S1-K15MZ-F (K1 type), how is vacuum adsorption and release controlled via the ON/OFF of the valves?

The ZR115S1-K15MZ-F is a combined supply valve and release valve.
The (vacuum) supply valve (symbol “K1”) is a self-holding double solenoid type valve.
Control valves other than the “K1” type are N.C. specifications and operate only when switching (energized).
For the ZR115S1-K15MZ-F, continuous vacuum can be generated with 1 input signal to the pilot valve for vacuum supply. And, in the same manner, vacuum can be stopped with 1 input signal to the pilot valve for vacuum stop.
When the release valve is turned ON (energized), vacuum release air is generated until the valve is turned OFF (de-energized).
Set the energization time for each solenoid valve with a PLC or other master device.
