After installing a ZR1□□1-K1□-E ejector system, vacuum isn’t generated even when air is supplied to the PV (air pressure supply) port and the supply valve is energized. What are the possible causes, and what can be done to remedy this?

Check that compressed air is also being supplied to the PS (pilot pressure supply) port. Since ZR series solenoid valves are of the pilot operated type, air (0.25 MPa to 0.6 MPa) must be supplied to the PS port for them to operate.
