What is the ZR series function plate (ZR1-RV□) used for?

The function plate is used when the air of each supply port of the valve unit is to be shared.
For example, if a ZR series ejector system unit is equipped with a ZR1-RV1, the supply air (PV) and pilot air (PS) communicate with the vacuum release air (PD) so that only the PV port needs to be piped (with the PS and PD ports plugged).
Whether a function plate needs to be selected depends on the combination of pressure used for each port.
