What type of air supply valve is ideal for use with a ZH-X185 series vacuum flow?

Recommended valve series, as well as the sonic conductance of each valve, are listed in the ZH-X185 series catalog. Each valve is capable of providing the required pressure to the ZH-X185 series vacuum flow, so the flow rate can be 3 times as high as the air consumed by each vacuum flow.
