The S type is a high-vacuum type, and the L type is a large flow rate type.
Refer to the ZH10 models and “Flow Rate Characteristics” graphs below. Symbol “S” (-90 kPa) and “L” (-48 kpa or -66 kPa) are available for the vacuum pressure reached, but they are not related to the nozzle diameter.
Because the suction flow rate from the vacuum port is large for the L type, higher vacuum pressure may be obtained for the L type when adsorbing a workpiece with air leakage.
Check the relationship between the leakage rate and the vacuum pressure in the “Flow Rate Characteristics” graphs, and select the type that can obtain a higher vacuum pressure. (e.g., when the leakage rate is 20 L/min (ANR), the vacuum pressure of a ZH10□SA is -20 kPa and the vacuum pressure of a ZH10□LA is about -32 kPa, so the L type has a higher vacuum pressure)
