What are the possible causes of air leaking from the small hole in the body of an IR series precision regulator when the supply pressure is 0.5 MPa and the set pressure is 0.2 MPa?

IR series precision regulators constantly release air into the atmosphere through the bleed hole for precise adjustment.
This amount should not exceed 4.4 L/min (ANR) for IR1000/2000 series regulators and 11.5 L/min (ANR) for IR3000 series regulators.
For new IR1000-A/2000-A/3000-A series regulators, 1 L/min (ANR) is the max. amount.
Check to confirm whether the leakage is actually bleed air before taking any further steps.
