Is it possible to install an IR series precision regulator between the cylinder and the solenoid valve?

With existing IR series regulators, if the supply pressure is turned ON and OFF when the pressure is being set, wear of the internal components may be accelerated, resulting in a shift in the set value.
Therefore, avoid installing a solenoid valve on the supply side. However, new IR-A series regulators can be used between the cylinder and the solenoid valve. Air from the cylinder is discharged to the atmosphere through the relief valve of the precision regulator.
Note) Depending on the model and conditions, some of the air flows back to the IN side and is discharged from the valve.
