In the ITV series electro-pneumatic regulator catalog, it states that the output pressure is temporarily held when the regulator is powered OFF when in a control state. What does this mean?

When the power is turned OFF when in a control state, both the built-in solenoid valves for air supply and exhaust are closed. As a result, the pressure in the pilot chamber is maintained, so the outlet pressure is also able to be maintained at a pressure near the set pressure. However, there is always internal leakage present with ITV series regulators, so the retention is temporary and cannot be guaranteed.
